Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return form.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
